I/We, the undersigned appreciate that during the course of our work with the FWC I/We may obtain confidential information relating to the FWC Partners. I/We agree that I/We shall respect the confidences entrusted to us by not disclosing or using such and other confidential information

I/We undertake to ensure that the above undertakings of confidentiality are passed on to and honoured by all personnel and organisations involved in whatever capacity as partners, employees sub-contractor, or any other parties during the course of our involvement with the FWC.
